Dear Mona:
On behalf of our client MainVue WA LLC, we are pleased to submit a plan change for the street tree
species originally approved for the above referenced project. The reason for the requested change is that
the original species proposed is not available in large quantities due to increased demand in the housing
market and the decreased volume planted during the downturn.
Along with this request we have submitted revised Sheets L-1 and L-12 of 13 which have the revised
species in the plant schedules. The requested changes are clouded. Please review and approve the
enclosed documents at your earliest convenience. If you have questions or need additional information,
please contact me at this office. Thank you.
