The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment. The
following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. See attached relined plans.
Once the changes have been made; please contact me for an appointment to resubmit an
electronic version of the revised lot line adjustment at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The
revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to
submit the final signed documents. If you have any questions regarding your application or the
