Enclosed is the Shoreline Administrative Conditional Use Permit for the above referenced project. The permit was issued
by the City of Renton on December 3, 2018. The City of Renton (SEPA lead agency), issued a Determination of Non-
significance – Mitigated (DNS-M) for the project in October 2018.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-090. Please review
