COORDINATE ALL WORK WITH CITY OF RENTON TO ENSURE FACILITY ACCESS IS MAINTAINED AS REQUIRED. 7. PROTECT UTILITIES TO REMAIN. 8. ANY STREET SIGN REMOVED OR RELOCATED MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO CURRENT CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS. 9. THE DITCH AREA WILL BE RE -GRADED TO ALLOW THE CATCH BASINS TO COLLECT FROM FROM THE ROADWAY AND THE ADJACENT PRIVATE PROPERTY AND WILL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS.
