SUBJECT: Renton Little League Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit LUA15-000006
PROJECT LOCATION: City Wide
Dear Mr. Solam:
This office has reviewed your request (dated December 14, 2018) to extend an approved Temporary Use
Permit (File No. LUA15-000006) that will expire on January 8, 2019. You have requested the TUP be
extended for an additional 12 months.
As the decision was issued on January 8, 2015, and the expiration was previously extended to January 8,
2019 (3rd extension), your request of December 14th was timely and is reasonable. Therefore, your
Temporary Use Permit extension request is approved. The Temporary Use Permit will expire on January
8, 2020, and will be subject to the following conditions.
1. The signs shall be displayed and located so they do not pose a traffic or safety hazard, or
interfere with any utilities or underground irrigation systems.
2. The signs shall be removed no later than February 15, 2020.
Per RMC 4-9-240.O, Expiration and Extension, Temporary Use Permits are valid for up to one year from
the effective date of the permit. The applicant may request that a permit be valid beyond one year and
for up to five (5) years at time of application or prior to permit expiration. As this permit was issued on
January 8, 2015, this is the last extension that can be issued for this permit. Continuation of this
temporary use beyond the new expiration date of January 8, 2020, will require submittal and approval
of a new Temporary Use Permit application. Please feel free to contact me at (425) 430-7312 should you
