SUBJECT: Renton Little League Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit LUA15-000006
PROJECT LOCATION: City Wide
Dear Mr. Solam:
This office has reviewed your request (dated November 30, 2017) to extend an approved Temporary
Use Permit (File No. LUA15-000006) that will expire on January 8, 2018. You have requested the TUP be
extended for an additional 12 months.
As the decision was issued on January 8, 2015, and the expiration was previously extended to January 8,
2018 (2nd extension), your request of November 30th was timely and is reasonable.
Therefore, your Temporary Use Permit extension request is approved. The Temporary Use Permit will
expire on January 8, 2019, and will be subject to the following conditions.
1. The signs shall be displayed and located so they do not pose a traffic or safety hazard, or
interfere with any utilities or underground irrigation systems.
2. The signs shall be removed no later than February 15, 2019.
