A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh floor of the Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on January
15, 2019 at 10:00 am to consider the following petitions:

Location: 711 Monroe Ave NE. Applicant is requesting a Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit, Street Modification, and Parking Modification for a proposed new service and social organization
(cultural center) change of use and addition of an existing single family home.
