HomeMy WebLinkAboutC_ERC Publication_RR_Maple Highlands_190111NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC HEARING RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of NonSignificance Mitigated (DNSM) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. Maple Highlands LUA18000633 Location: 16210 SE 134th St. The applicant is requesting Preliminary Plat and SEPA approval to subdivide a 4.18acre parcel into 13 singlefamily residential lots, one storm drainage tract and one tree retention tract. The site is zoned R4 zone. The proposed residential lots would range in size from 9,000 sf to 12,425 sf with a density of 3.78 du/ac. All existing structures onsite would be demolished. Access would be via a new residential access street through the center of the property and halfstreet frontage improvements on 162nd Ave SE and 164th Ave SE along the property frontages. No critical areas are mapped on the project site. Appeals of the DNSM must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on January 25, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 48110 and more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 4254306510. A Public Hearing is tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2019 at 12:00 pm, to be held by the Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the submitted application. If the DNSM is appealed, the appeal will be heard as part of this public hearing. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. Publication Date: January 11, 2019
