SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Arroyos Carport Variance, LUA19-000003, VR
Dear Mr. Gestoso:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on January
16, 2019. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to
proceed further.
A public information sign was not installed, as required by RMC4-8-090 Public Notice Requirements.
The sign shall be posted by the applicant prior to submittal of a complete application, yet no more than
five (5) days beforehand. The sign shall not be removed until the appeal period has ended. Removal of
the sign prior to the prescribed time frame may be cause for additional notice or appeal period. The
sign shall be removed within seven (7) days following the end of the appeal period.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending installation of the public information sign.
The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this written notice. Please contact
