No ROW dedica2on will be needed on SW 4 th PL as the current ROW width exceeds what the City requires for this area. 2. To meet the City’s complete street standards for principal arterial streets a minimum ROW is 103. It appears on the King County assessors map that we have 100’ of ROW. It appears the the current ROW width exceeds the city's minimum standard. If a ROW dedication is required, could you please confirm the dedication width amount for developing this parcel? 2. See the aached pre-applica2on mee2 ng comments for this property, specifically the transporta2on comments prepared by Sco Warlick, who is cc’d on th is email. If the proposed development exceeds a value of $150,000 dollars, street frontage improvements will be required (or fee-in-lieu, if approved). A full u2lity construc2on permit will be required with the construc2on of street frontage improvements, if a fee-in-lieu request is not approved.
