This will be done using a Typical One- Lane, Two- Way Traffic Control Setup with Two Flaggers. JTI Commercial Services will only work on one side at a time. The flaggers will swap their tapers to the alternate side when JTI is ready to switch sides. Flaggers will also assist residents and pedestrians safely around the work zone.
