Ecology has conditionally approved this Shoreline Conditional Use Permit:
Ecology Permit# 2018-NW-4492
City of Renton LUA18-000421 May Creek Trestle Project
The “date of filing” is January 29, 2019. This date represents the beginning of the 21-day state appeal period (see
attached letter for additional information).
This letter was mailed to the applicant via certified mail, with an additional copy provided to the City via regular mail.
We also create a staff memo as part of the state review and decision process. I have attached an electronic copy of each
of these documents for your convenience.
Please also be aware that pursuant to WAC 173-27-200, the City shall provide timely notification of this decision to all
interested parties, having previously commented on the permit or otherwise requested notification of the decision.
