3. TRAFFIC SHALL NOT BE STOPPED IN ANY ONE DIRECTION FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES.
4. IF NEEDED PEDESTRIANS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED THROUGH THE WORK ZONE.
5. ALL DRIVEWAY ACCESS SHALL REMAIN OPEN DURING DURATION OF WORK.
