Circling back to this submittal for Avaya Ridge Steetlights/Signs and your comments from the emails below on 12/20/17, attached is the revised submittal for the information you requested.
See emails below for correspondence, and also take note the plans call for the existing pedestrian pushbuttons to be relocated so a submittal will not be forthcoming.
You can refer to the original submittal for the remaining information not included here sent on 12/12/17 (couldn’t include again in this email, file too big).

Just got a new cut sheet for the pedestrian pole.
Ill send over the documents shortly. Look for it from Angie.
As for the other comments, the wire we submitted was for push buttons, as there are no loops on the project. The banner arms are a standard item, however, they will be deleted from
the project as requested by the City.

HI Joel and Jeff,
What the breakaway base is for? Breakaway base is not allowed for the ped pole that is being installed. please do not have the breakaway base installed. We do not typically install
breakaways bases on our equipment.
Please have the banner arms removed from this project. Loop wire shall be IMSA 51 -7 #12 or #14 AWG in orange PVC jacket. All submittals other than the concrete submittals and the breakaway
pole are approved.
Please send the submittal for the signal equipment (ped buttons, ped heads ECT) directly to Eric Cutshall and cc me.
I will be out from December 21st and will return on January 11th . For any other concerns regarding Avaya Ridge, please contact my colleague Ann Fowler (who I have cc’ed in this
email) who is covering this project for me when I am out on vacation.
