Subject: Updated tree retention plan, 2505 Lyons Ave NE, Renton WA.
Dear Jill:
PSE is asking for asking for a 10’ easement on the South side of the road being put in. We will need to
trench within that location for PSE installation and Tree #50 is occupying the space and is one of the
requested protected trees. Part of its roots are exposed from the road dig out. We are asking that we be
approved to remove this tree as any further digging near it will stress it even more as we will need to get
even closer. Tree #50 is shown in box, tree #72 (7” Alder) added to be retained.
