APRON D UTILITIES REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PHASE III (EAST)
ISSUE FOR PERMIT

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
Where a minimum of 5-ft of separation (wall-to-wall) cannot be achieved between the existing
concrete sanitary sewer and the replaced domestic water, a CIPP liner shall be installed
from manhole to manhole along the existing sanitary sewer main. Contractor shall work
directly through the City Wastewater Division on their proposed approach to deal with the
areas of concern noted in the CCTV completed on 11/15/2017.
All existing manholes with risers affected by the project redevelopment shall be brought
up to current code.
Contractor shall provide a post installation CCTV of the sanitary sewer main the full
length of construction of the replaced domestic water main and installation of the CIPP
liner to be installed by the Contractor.
Contractor shall pothole to determine the exact location of the existing utilities.
purity test and chlorination of all replaced domestic water mains is required to be
submitted to the construction inspector.
Separate Plans And Permits Are Required To Be Submitted To And Obtained From The Renton

Where a minimum of 5-ft of separation (wall-to-wall) cannot be achieved between the existing
concrete sanitary sewer and the replaced domestic water, a CIPP liner shall be installed
from manhole to manhole along the existing sanitary sewer main. Contractor shall work
directly through the City Wastewater Division on their proposed approach to deal with the
areas of concern noted in the CCTV completed on 11/15/2017.
All existing manholes with risers affected by the project redevelopment shall be brought
up to current code.
Contractor shall provide a post installation CCTV of the sanitary sewer main the full
length of construction of the replaced domestic water main and installation of the CIPP
liner to be installed by the Contractor.
Contractor shall pothole to determine the exact location of the existing utilities.
purity test and chlorination of all replaced domestic water mains is required to be
submitted to the construction inspector.
Separate Plans And Permits Are Required To Be Submitted To And Obtained From The Renton
Fire Prevention Bureau For The removal/installation of the fire lines and hydrants.
