Engineering
1 Submit acceptable Performance Surety Device in the amount of $1,011,019.57.
2 Submit A copy of the Civil Contractor's City of Renton business license.
3 Pay All Permit Issuance Fees.
4 Hold pre-construction meeting prior to start of work.
5 Submit A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license.
6 Signed Declaration of Covenant for Maintenance and Inspection of Stormwater Facilities and Flow Control BMP
7 A signed Authorization of Special Billing Form.
8 Contractor shall pothole the existing water main in S 132nd ST prior to installation of utilities/structures to ensure
no conflicts with the street lights, or other structures. If conflicts exist, a plan revision will need to be submitted to
address the conflict. Maintain a minimum of 5-ft separation between the water main and street light bases.
Adequate separation between the water main and all other utilities shall be provided.
9 Provide contact information for the new property owners once the sale is final.
10 Submit Certificate of Insurance with coverage as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines.
