If a non- compliance appears on this report, to the extent that the reported non-compliance impacts the project, the resolution is outside the PSI scope of engagement. Onsite as requested for permeable asphalt infiltration retesting of a previously failing location. The procedure outlined in ASTM C1701M was followed without deviation. 8lbs of water were used.
