Based on today’s email from Cindy, the City Clerk’s Office email did received written comments from the public on the Maple Highlands project (LUA18-000633). The City would like to request
some additional time to review and respond to these written comments.
If possible, please consider extending the public hearing dates as follows:
§ Written comments from the pubic: From February 19, 2019 at 5:00 pm to February 21, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
§ Staff response to written comments from the public: From February 20, 2019 at 5:00 pm to February 25, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
§ Staff’s research and recommendation for additional local signage: From February 20, 2019 at 5:00 pm to February 25, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
§ Applicant’s response(s) to written comments from the public and staff: From February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm to March 4, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
