outdoor auto sales within the Sam's Club Parking lot, located at 915 South Grady Way. The
applicant proposes to have about 100 new and used cars as well as a sales tent to house on -site
phones. No other utilities, including electricity, will be needed. Acura of Seattle will have 8-10
staff members and a manager on -site during operation hours. Security will be provided during
non -business hours. Hours of operation will be May 18th - 21st from gam - 9pm Thursday
through Saturday, and 10am -- 9pm Sunday. Tent installation and car placement will occur
Thursday, May 18th. The site will be restored to its previous condition on Monday, May 22nd.

Event will be held in the North end of the Grady Way Sam's Club parking lot_ The event
will be set up on the day of the 18a' of May and will take place from then till the 21 ". The
property will be restored to its normal condition on Monday May 22"d. The hours of
operation will be from 9am-9pm Thursday -Saturday, and from 10am-9pm on Sunday the
21't. We plan to bring about 100 vehicles to the site and have about 8-10 staff members
there at all times. We will be having a 1200sq. ft. tent located along the curb in the
designated section of the parking lot. Security will be provided for all hours we are not on
site by a contracted company.
