note that.the granting of this shoreline exemption permit is not intended to serve as an approval of
any landscaping plan, or approval of a fence that is noted on the conceptual plans.
While bulkhead repair is permitted, no structures are permitted in the 25' shoreline setback.area
(RMC4-3-090L14b). In addition, according to RMC 4-3-090K56 "the natural and proposed
landscaping should be representative of the indigenous character of the specific types of.
waterway (lake edge)..

existing single-family residence for his/her own use or for the use of his/her family.
.Construction authorized under this exemption shall be located landward of the ordinary high
water mark.
While bulkhead repair is,perrnitted, -residential structures, including fences, are not permitted in the 25'
shoreline setback area (RMC4=3-090L14b). In addition, according to RMC 4-3-09OK56 "the natural and
proposed landscaping should be representative of the indigenous character of the specific types 'of
