temporary City of Renton Parks Department maintenance facility. The project is located on a
41,528 sq. ft. lot in the Commercial Arterial zone. Building will be occupied for approximately two
years until the new Parks Maintenance Facility is built. The only proposed construction is an
interior remodel to add two additional bathrooms, and will entail minimal hauling of debris.
Construction dates will be from April 13 through the end of May.The anticipated number of
employees using the temporary Parks Facility: 14 year round, plus 15 part-time in the summer.
Hours of operation will be 7:00am to 4:00 m.
