PARKING DEMAND DATA BASED ON NUMBER OF ROOMS FOR BOTH AVERAGE PEAK
DEMAND AND THE 85TH PERCENTILE DEMAND. ULI PARKING DEMAND IS BASED ON
NUMBER OF ROOMS AND LOUNGE AND CONFERENCE ROOM AREAS.
