This item was originally approved at the October 22, 2018 Council meeting. However, it was tabled for additional review due to public comment. The Committee further recommends that the revised ordinance which addresses concerns raised be presented for first reading. The Committee further recommends that the ordinance regarding this matter be presented for first and advanced to second reading.
