Construction Mitigation Description
Proposed Construction Dates: 9/1/19 – 3/1/20
Hours and Days of Operation: M-F, 7AM – 4PM
Proposed Hauling and Transportation Routes: transportation routes will go from the site on 116th and
then north to 168th Street or south to Petrovitsky Road. All routes are on arterials and not through
residential neighborhoods.
Measures to be implement to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impact, erosion, mud, noise, and
other noxious characteristics:
Dust: Given that construction will largely occur during fall and winter, dust issues are not
anticipated. However, if dust is an issue, Contractor to provide water tank.
Traffic: Site provides significant laydown area for equipment and materials, therefore no traffic
impact is foreseen on site or on public streets.
Erosion/Mud: Contractors to establish and inspect BMPs related to erosion and sediment such
as filter fence, waddles, wheel washes, protection of catch basins and storm drains, etc.
Contractor to follow pollutant control measures. No stockpiling of soil anticipated. Dewatering
not expected.
Noise: No adverse noise expected. Construction to occur during daytime hours.
Noxious characteristics: None anticipated.
Special hours: none proposed.
Preliminary traffic control plan: no traffic control plan anticipated.
