Text deleted by kcensee indicated by strike, The following is part of the Commercial Lease Agreement dated November 20, 2018, between Hauck Family East Valley LLC ("Landlord") and StaceV Holding s LLC ("Tenant") regarding the lease of the Property known as: 2940 East Valley Rd, Renton, WA IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE LANDLORD AND TENANT AS FOLLOWS: Landlord hereby authorizes Tenant to use and modify all plans, permits, entitlements, and other materials that were generated as part of a potential redevelopment of the PropertV bV BMC Renton and Donovan Brothers in 2016, 2017, and 2098. Ownership of said plans and materials were transferred to Landlord upon the termination of the previous agreement between Landlord and BMC Renton. With the execution of this Addendum theV shall be transferred to Tenant.
