Renton, WA 98056 Lot size: 29,236 sq. ft.
DESCRIPTION: Repair existing bulkhead and add 10' vegetation buffer w12 points of access to
lake. Demo existing residence. Remove approximately 500 square foot of impervious surface.
Build new construction, single family residence on existing footprint with additional 500 square
foot attached garage.
BASIS FOR SHORELINE EXEMPTION: Due to increased yacht and large vessel traffic on Lake
Washington significant damage has been done to existing armory leaving shoreline exposed to
erosion. Construction of a single-family residence or associated structures for use by the owner
or owner's family.
ANTICIPATED DATES OR WORK: Upon receipt of permit approval.
OTHER PERMITS REQUIRED FOR PROPOSED PROJECT: Demolition, Electrical, Mechanical,
Plumbing, HVAC, Sewer Service Cap at Property, Water Drop in Meter.
