Project Narrative:
Install safety handrail on existing concrete steps leading to the Lake Washington waterfront.
Attached is the proposal from Welding Fabrication, Inc. for the fabrication, installation and
powder coating of 32.94 foot handrail (the additional 3.06 feet will be at the patio steps, which
are outside the lakefront buffer), for cost of $4,158. The handrail will be 2”x”1” in this style:
