Project Narrative:
Install safety handrail on existing concrete steps leading to the Lake Washington waterfront.
Attached is the proposal from Welding Fabrication, Inc. for the fabrication, installation and
powder coating of 22-foot handrail, for cost of $2,541.00. The handrail will be 2”x”1” in this
style:
