Homestead Willow Crest Townhomes
Project Sequencing Plan: Please provide a narrative that outlines what order development phases will
be built in and at what estimated times they will be developed within the life of the associated Planned
Urban Development.
Phase 1 of the project will include work in the Homestead Willow Crest Townhomes project site area.
Construction will start in late spring/early summer of 2019 and last approximately 14 months.
Construction of the shared access drive and open spaces, revisions to the Glennwood parking lot, and
construction of the townhomes will be completed during this phase.
Phase 2 will include work in the Future RHA Project Area consisting of a multi-family housing
development and frontage improvements on Edmonds Ave NE. This phase has yet to be designed
and construction dates for this phase have not been determined.
