A new affordable and sustainable
housing community
Please join us for an informational event to learn
more about Sunset Crest, a proposed development
in the Sunsert neighborhood of Renton.
This proposed community of 12 3-bedroom homes
would be built on property between Edmonds Ave
N and Glenwood Ave. using highly efficient , deep
green practices and offer affordable homeownership
for households making less than 80% of King County
median income.
Community Meeting Details:
August 1, 2018, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m
Formal presentation at 7 p.m.

The meeting will be led by the project developer,
Homestead Community Land Trust, a non-
profit organization that provides affordable
homeownership opportunities for people with
modest incomes and helps support their long-term
success.

más información sobre Sunset Crest, la nueva

Esta propuesta comunidad de 12 viviendas de
3 habitaciónes será construida en la propiedad

The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal
discussion between the project developer and the
neighbors regarding the project. While required by the
City of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by the City
of Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing
or public comment opportunities available under City of
Renton development review processes.
