Community Feedback Notes
Sunset Crest Community Outreach Meeting 8.1.18
• Glenwood Lot is currently congested
• Concern about trash location being in a place where trash won’t be a problem
• Driving in/out is difficult at times
• Question about rules for shared space – those will be handled by the new HOA for the homeowners to
decide
• People concerned about parking, excited about sustainable features and neighborhood connections
• Some people in Glenwood have up to 3 cars for one unit; there’s a lot of concern about not only traffic
congestion, but also how many parking spots will be provided in the new parking lot.
• Concern with accessibility and townhome aspect; obviously, there will be a significant number of stairs.
• Interest in green aspect of the homes
• Concern about noises traveling from townhomes unit to unit. Apparently, this is an issue in the
Glenwood townhomes. This is more pressing in this scenario because you could be tied in with the
home and your neighbors for a longer time.
• Good feedback about community garden/planter section
• Liked fenced in yard and modern look
• Really did not like the gable roof image
• Questions about how many units, heard interest in 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom, and 4 Bedroom
