Duringthistime,thedecisionwasmadetofocusonWilsonPark2onlyandmakeitamarketable10lotpackagethatmeetscityrequirements.AdditionofahammerheadturnaroundandfinalizingofPUDdesignsubmittalswouldbethemainfocus.However,duringthistimeourengineerofrecord,DarrellOffe,optedoutduetoothercommitments.Oursearchforadesignengineertookoveronemonthofinterviewinguntilwefoundafirmthatcouldstepinandcontinuetheeffort.Gettingthenewengineerfirmuptospeed,anddiscussionswiththeCityonmodifyingWilsonPark2tomeetdesignandPUDrequirementshastakenabouttwomonths.ThePUDapprovalprocesswillprobablyconsumeanother1-2monthsintoMarch.WeplantosubmitdrawingsforapprovaltheweekofFeb4.Duringtheabovedescribed10-11monthsofelapsedtimefromMay201$toJanuary2019,nobuyerswouldbeforthcomingduetouncertaintiesrelativetoapproveddesignsforWilsonPark2(orWilsonPark1).Nobuyer/builderwilltakeontheWilsonPark2projectinApril2019,ifthedeadlineforexpirationisJuly5,2019.Wehavemadeacontinuedstrongefforttogetthisprojectgoing,completed,andrecordedpertherequiredduedates.Circumstancespresentedhereinhavepreventedthiscompletion.WeareaskingtheCitytohelpusbesuccessfulonthisproject.Wehavespentalotoftimeandmoneyonthis,andourtimeandmoneyshouldnotbewasted.Weneedaone-yearextensionasprovidedforintheCitycodetoallowWilsonPark2PUDtoproceedandbecomeareality.Pleaseletusknowifyourequireanyadditionalinformationtosupportourrequest.Pleaseconsiderthisrequestandgrantapproval.Sincerely,RobertandDoravinWilson
