(3)ThisalsomeansthatcurrentWilsonPark1ApplicationsandLandUseEntitlements,duetoexpireonJuly5,2019,arewithdrawnandcancellednow.WilsonPark2istheonlyfocusforapprovalandofferedforsaleatthistime.WehaveworkedseriouslywiththeCityofRentonoverthelast4-6monthstomodifyWilsonPark2tobeastand-alonedevelopment,asevidencedbytheadditionofahammerheadturn-around,andtomeetrequirementsforafinalPUDapproval.WearenearingtheendofsubmittalrequirementsforthePUD.Werequest,andwouldgreatlyappreciate,averytimelyfinalapproval.WeareanxioustooffertheWilsonPark2PUDpropertyforsale.WebelievethatWilsonPark2willbeconstructedbyadeveloper/builderandrecordedbyJuly5,2020.PleasereconsideryourdecisioninyourReference(2)letterandgrantaone-yearextensionofPeriodofValidityforWilsonPark2fromJuly5,2019toJuly5,2020.Thankyou.Sincerely,RobertandDoravinWilson
