On related note, I have two recommendations on Geotechnical Engineer firms. My game plan is to find three options and then decide the best option based on experience and cost. I was told that the minimum fee for just setting the appointment for their inspection will be $800 to $2K. I'm going to talk to all three before hiring them. I appreciate the opportunity for our conversation,because I believe it will help save time and money while I'm speaking to the engineering firm.
