RE: Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit for Barbee Mill Dock Bumpers

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The
permit was issued by the City of Renton on April 19, 2019. A Determination of Non-Significance was
issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on April 12, 2019. The appeal period will end
May 3, 2019, no appeals of the threshold determination have been filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-
090. Please review this permit and attachments and contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you have any
