HomeMy WebLinkAboutL_ERC_Publication_190423NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of NonSignificance Mitigated (DNSM) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. May Creek Trail Extension Project LUA19000015 Location: 4260 Lake Washington Blvd. The City of Renton is requesting a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Environmental (SEPA) Review to expand the existing May Creek Trail. The project proposes to construct a sixfoot wide pedestrian trail extension from the existing May Creek Trail on the west side of I405 to Jones Ave NE on the east side of I405. The new trail extension ties into the WSDOT I405, Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project and is anticipated to begin in 2019 and end in 2024. Appeals of the DNSM must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 48110 and more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 4254306510. Publication Date: April 26, 2019
