Dear Ngochan,
Enclosed is the Certificate of Water Availability for the above referenced
parcel/tax lot that you requested.
We don't show that a cap off permit was issued to cap the sewer so that debris
does not enter the sewer system. You will want to purchase a permit ($1oo), have
your contractor cap the side sewer and call us so we can inspect the side sewer
cap off. Your billing will stop with the cap off permit. Once your house is
constructed and you are ready to connect it to sewer, please call us for a re-
connect permit ($16o) and we will inspect the sewer connection to the house.
Once the side sewer is connected, the utility bill will start for sewer service.
Once your foundation is poured and your lumber package is onsite, please call us
to set your meter. It appears the water meter was pulled some time ago. Please
let us know if you require a larger meter than a standard 5/8 x 314 meter. If so,
there will be additional fees due for the larger meter and changing out the angle
stop and meter box.
