A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of the Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on May 14, 2019 at 11:00
am to consider the following petitions:
Willowcrest Townhomes PUD
LUA19-000061
Location: 1132 Edmonds Ave NE. The applicant is requesting combined preliminary and final
Planned Urban Development approval and Binding Site Plan approval for a 12 unit townhome.

Hall, Renton. All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their
