SUBJECT: Temporary Mobile Office Trailers Temporary Use Permit; LUA18-000362
PROJECT LOCATION: 155 Monroe Ave NE
Dear Mr. Ho:
This office has reviewed your request (dated April 30, 2019) to extend an approved Temporary
Use Permit (File number LUA18-000362) that will expire on May 24, 2019.
Pursuant to RMC 4-9-240.O.3, an applicant can request that a permit be valid beyond one year
and for up to five (5) years at time of application or prior to permit expiration. As the decision
was issued on May 24, 2018, your request of April 30th was timely and is reasonable.
Therefore, your Temporary Use Permit extension request is approved. This decision approves
the maximum extension possible (five years from date of permit approval) for a Temporary
Use Permit. Therefore, the Temporary Use Permit will expire on May 24, 2023.
This is the last extension that can be issued for this permit. Continuation of this temporary use
beyond the new expiration date of May 24, 2023, will require submittal and approval of a new
