Re: Topgolf – Understanding of Geologic Risk
Dear Mr. Close:
Topgolf understands that the proposed project location is within an area of geologic risk and by
nature of this application accepts the risk of developing in an unstable area. A geotechnical
report has been completed along with a site-specific seismic analysis which will guide the
project design team in the design of the Topgolf structure. Topgolf will advise any prospective
purchasers of the site, in writing, of the unstable potential associated with a development in this
region.
