We got a call about this property on 11/11. It was in regards to lots of vehicles being parked on the property for the last
two weeks. I drove by and observed about 25 cars on the property, which look abandoned. I also noticed a tow truck in
the backyard and think they may be running a towing business out of the residence. Was wondering if this was
something you could look into or if it even needs attention?

I just spoke with a gentleman and did a drive by of his neighbor's property,there's approx. 50 or more
cars/motorhomes at this property, he said they seem to show up overnight and have caused some damage to his fence.
They are all on private property.Seems to maybe be some kind of business being ran out of there.Thanks for looking

Thank you for the information. This is not being controlled. This weekend we were home to see two more wYef
vehicles dropped off at night. There is a lead van with two yellow flashing lights parked at the curb in front of issue.

mock-up showing how there are cars all around the house and attached it for you showing King County
property lines, etc. Rarely see police cars come down my road and now strange cars are stopping and looking
and who knows what else will come. We need to see that some action is taking place and not more cars being
dropped off. I want to come in and sit down with you and you show me what you have done since the first code
complaint was submitted for this property. Is that possible? Since the property was last sold this has been

New owner of this property is Shawn Anjaz. Tenant is Allen Gooden.
Been working on this property since November 2018 when the vehicles & the complaints
started rolling in. Met on-site with WSP and inspected vehicles & recorded VIN & license
numbers.
The owner & tenant are in a legal battle right now. The judge did not grant the eviction
immediately and the tenant must be out by April 30th. The problem will be getting rid of the
vehicles after the 30th!
