For value received, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, successor by merger to
Charter Private Bank, successor in interest to Charter Bank, whose address is Ten Post Office
Square, Boston, Massachusetts, 02109, hereby grants, conveys, assigns, and transfers to Sterling
Savings Bank whose address is 111 North Wall Street, Spokane, Washington 99201, all of its
right, title, and interest in, to, and under the following:
Deed of Trust dated 4/29/2003, executed by FLASHERS LLC, as grantor, to
First American Title Insurance Company, as trustee, which was recorded on
4/30/2003, under Auditor's Number 20030430001088, in the official real
property records of King County, Washington, together with all amendments and
modifications thereto.
This Assignment is made without recourse, representation, or warranty, of any
type, kind, or character, express or implied (except to the extent expressly set forth in that
certain Purchase and Assumption Agreement dated December 14, 2012, between Boston
Private Bank & Trust Company and Sterling Savings Bank).
