HomeMy WebLinkAboutHEX - Email - Briefing Schedule for Wilson Park 2 Extension Denial AppealWilsons, unless you object by 5:00 pm tomorrow, 5/8/19, I will issue an order with dates suggested by the City. Whenever I get a request for witness and exhibit ilsts it is my standard practice to grant the request. The only remaining issue is timing. Witness and exhibit lists identify the witnesses and exhibits you intend on presenting at your appeal hearing. Usually, exhibits are required to be distributed to the other parties at the same time the witness/exhibit lists are due. Only the witnesses and exhiibts disclosed in your list will be witness/exhibit list will be admitted at the appeal hearing. The City suggested a deadline of May 17, 2019 for exchange of witnesses and exhibits and a deadline of May 20, 2019 for exchange of any rebuttal to witnesses/exhibits. As no motion has been filed, it's unclear what the briefing schedule would address. By this email I'm asking the City if they have any motions they intend on filing prior to the May 21, 2019 hearing. Also, if the parties would like to exchange witness and exhibit lists prior to the hearing please let me know by responding to all the parties of this email. Witness and exhibit lists would disclose all the witnesses and exhibits intended to be presented by both parties and would also involve emailing the exhbiits prior to the appeal hearing.
