Parks with your email address for the purpose of follow up. King County Parks is the applicant for City of
Renton LAND USE ID# 584394 Conditional Use Permit.
At the neighborhood meeting, the County received three (3) formal comments/questions which were answered
verbally at the time. The County is preparing for the formal submittal of Conditional Use Permit documents,
wishes to thank all who commented, and provide written response to the questions and comments prior to
submittal of materials to the City of Renton.
1) Comment: It looks nice.
a. Response: Thank you!
2) Question: Where is it located?
a. Response: Near corner of NE 3rd and Jefferson and near the King County Solid Waste
facility.
3) Comment: Put more neighborhood parks in Skyway.
a. Response: This comment was forwarded to Parks' management as the comment did
not pertain specifically to the project at the neighborhood meeting.
