It shall be unlawful to store, maintain, keep or retain: a junk,wrecked, dismantled or an apparently inoperable vehicle, vehicle hulk, or any part thereof, on private real property in the City of Renton. B. March 14, 2019: A request was received in person stating "2 rigs-junk-have not moved in years!" (Exhibit#2) March 18, 2019: A site inspection noted a four door blue BMW WA license#510—TMC which expired February 2006. (Exhibit#2) March 20, 2019: A Warning of Violation was issued to Mr. Palmer for the unlicensed and/or inoperable BMW. The compliance date was April 4, 2019. (Exhibit#2) The Warning was sent USPS Tracking Mail #9114 9014 9645 1855 5020 85 and was received at the above address on March 21, 2019. (Exhibit#2) April 15, 2019: A site re-inspection noted the four door blue BMW WA license #510— TMC which expired February 2006, remains on the property. (Exhibit#3) Washington State Department of Licensing noted no record found for the BMW's plate #510—TMC. (Exhibit#3) 1 EXHIBIT I April 15, 2019: A Second Warning of Violation was issued to Mr. Palmer for the unlicensed and/or inoperable BMW. The compliance date was April 30, 2019. B. The storage, maintenance or retention of junk, wrecked, dismantled or an apparently inoperable vehicle, vehicle hulk, or any parts thereof, on private real property in the City is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and subject to abatement in accordance with this Chapter and RMC 1-3-3, as now worded or hereafter amended.
