SUBJECT: Request for Short Plat Approval Extension
RE: Mead Short Plat – LUA16-000138 SHPL-A MOD
Dear Jennifer:
The expiration date for the Mead Short Plat is June 1st, 2018. On behalf of the subdivider,
Tuscany Construction, LLC and per RMC 4-7-070M, I respectfully request a one (1) year
extension for the Short Plat approval to June 1st, 2019. We are requesting the extension
to ensure there is sufficient time to complete the Final Short Plat recording process.
The site improvements have been approved and are presently under construction. We are
presently preparing the Final Short Plat applications documents which we expect to
submit within a few weeks.
