SUBJECT: Latecomer Application – Tuscany Construction, LLC – LA-19-
001
Attached is copy of a request to Council for a Latecomer Agreement. A $2,000 processing
fee has been received. Please verify (or provide) per RMC 9-5-2, the documents as
follows:
Legal description of owner/applicant property;
Legal description of the benefited properties;
Vicinity maps of applicant’s property, benefiting properties and the location of the
improvement;
Estimated cost data and inventory of improvements;
Proposed pro rata share of the costs of the improvements to be borne by the benefiting
properties, and a proposed method of assessment of that pro rata share to the individual
benefiting properties.
After I have received your memo indicating staff review and acceptance, and any missing
or revised documents, I will prepare the agenda bill for submission of the request to
Council.
