There really isnot a back to this building as all four facades will be detailed in a similarfashion. With the main entry facing NE 12th Street, and close to thecorner of NE Sunset, pedestrian access is provided for in an easilyidentified location. This also allows for common space to be provided atthe street corner within the setback and landscape buffer zone.At two stories, the scale and size of the building is commensurate withthe adjacent developments and the building is sited such that landscapingsurrounds the building on all four sides.The surface parking is located under the second floor of the building withaccess from NE 12th Street, which provides for the best pedestrianexperience along NE Sunset Blvd., while accommodating the requiredparking in as compact a location as possible.Another unique aspect of the building planning and massing is theoutdoor terrace/ play area located on the NE Sunset Blvd. side of thebuilding.
