Hansra and Rupinder (Ruby) K. Hansra. Paul and Ruby live at 5507 NE 0 Place and we live immediately east of them at 5513 NE 0 Place. We understand that Paul and Ruby are requesting a Variance in relation to a covered patio that they are installing immediately adjacent to our property. We also understand that the covered patio will be about 5 feet from our property line, rather than 7 Meet as required by current city regulations. As the property owner that would be most directly impacted by addition of the covered patio, we'd like to confirm that we have absolutely no objection to the installation of the proposed covered patio.
